As your reservation is for 9 persons up, so we have to process it as a group booking which requires special request to the hotel. To get the confirmation, it might take 10-15 working days depending on the hotel's reservation clearing process. Terms and conditions of group booking will apply as the following details.

The room rate will not be the same as published rate (may lower or higher due to promotion or trade/ fair periods). You will be advised the confirmed rate as well as cancellation period (varying according to individual hotel) by our reservation confirmation e-mail.

We request the full amount prepayment debit to your credit card 20 DAYS or less prior to your check-in date.

If your credit card has not been approved, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and cancellation charges will apply.

Any cancellation or amendment of the reservation made within cancellation period will cause an administrative fee of USD 50 or EUR 50 or GBP 35 depending on published rate of your reservation.

In case cancellation made after cancellation period, you will be charged 1 night accommodation for each room or full period of stay, varying according to each individual hotel cancellation policy, plus administrative fee of USD 50 or EUR 50 or GBP 35.

You will be notified after submitting your reservation request, if trADE/ FAIR PERIODS are present and the SPECIAL CONDITIONS WILL APPLY.

Any refund will cause a bank fee of 4.28%
