| For a reservation over 9 persons we will process
it as a group booking, which requires special request to the hotel.
To get the confirmation, it might take 10-15 working days depending
on the hotel's reservation clearing process. You can make your group
reservation by following the instructions below :
Making
a Group Reservation |
1. For a reservation over 9 persons, click Group Booking >>
on your selected hotel’s page
2. Select your check-in date, check-out
date, room types, number of rooms and click
' Search' button in order to search hotel room
rate(s) for your stays.
3. To make a reservation, click ' Book
Now' button.
4. Fill out the alternative hotel, leader
name for each room, contact personal details,
and also read Terms and Conditions of Use on the
secure reservation form. Click ' Continue' button.
5. Review your group reservation details and fill
out your credit card details. Then, click
' Submit (Click once then wait)' button.
NOTE: To allow us to proceed with your request,
we require you to submit your credit card details. It will not be
charged until the booking is confirmed. We normally request the
full amount prepayment debit to your credit card 20 DAYS or less
prior to your check-in date (or cancellation deadline date).
6. You will receive an auto acknowledgement e-mail
confirming that your reservation request has been received and is
now handled by our customer care.
NOTE : If you do not receive our auto response e-mail
within an hour after you submitted, it means that your e-mail address
might be not correct (please recheck), or we might not receive your
reservation request. (Please e-mail to: customercare@abahotels.com,
we will check for any system error.)
Getting a Confirmation |
7. If your requested hotel is available, the
reservation can be confirmed within 10-15 working days
(depending on the hotel's reservation clearing process) and
the reservation confirmation details will be sent to
you by e-mail. You will be kindly asked to submit
the acceptance form, in order to confirm your reservation.
However, if your requested hotel is not available,
our travel experts will try to find alternative hotels of comparable
standards and prices in the same area (if available), then provide
you this information for your consideration.
TIP : Please fill in two alternative
hotels on the reservation form when making reservation
to let us know your preferences in case of your requested hotel
is not available. |

8. Once the reservation is confirmed by you,
your credit card will be normally charged for full payment 20
days before your check-in date (or cancellation deadline date). |
Getting
a voucher |
9. The hotel check-in voucher will be issued and sent to you
by attached e-mail, after your credit card is approved.
You have to print out and present the voucher upon your arrival
at the hotel.
To avoid disappointment, especially over high season
periods, very early booking is strongly advised. |
