Method of Payment

All bookings in our system are on prepayment basis. These wholesale prepayment rates are normally much better deals than the rates of paying directly to the hotel upon check-in or check-out. For your convenience, ABAonline offers you credit card payment directly from our standard SSL secure web site.

However, you will not be charged at the time of making reservation. But we will debit full amount (according to your booking) to your account 10 working days or less prior to your check-in date (or cancellation deadline date).



Room Rates & Child Rate T o p

All of our listed wholesale rates are per room per night, taxes and service charges, and available ONLY through ABAonline. Please do not call the hotel directly, as they will not have the same rates in their reservation system.

These wholesale rates are not valid during fair periods, exhibitions and special events.

The child rate is for one child aged between 2 and 12 years (unless a different range is specified) sharing a double (or twin) room with two adults. If a price for a child rate shown as N/A, triple price will apply.

Cots are only suitable for children under 2 years.


To Change Your Reservation T o p

If you wish to make any change to the booking after it has been confirmed, this can be done by e-mail ONLY, and subject to availability. (Please also quote your booking reference number)In case you early checked-out, it is strongly advised that you should request a letter from the hotel manager to confirm your actual number of stay as well as notify that NO CHARGE for the REST as a proof to submit us in order to further process your refund.


To Cancel Your Reservation T o p

If you decide to cancel your reservation we must be notified of the decision via e-mail, please quote your booking reference number.

The following scale of charges will be applied, depending on when the notification of cancellation is received.

a) More than 10 days prior to the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date): 20 USD or 20 EUR or 15 GBP administration fee (depending on the published rate of your booking).

b) 10 days or less before check-in date: 1 night's accommodation charge.

c) No cancellation of the reservation and (or) no checking in at the confirmed hotel: 1 night's accommodation for each room.

d) Cancellation after the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date) STRICTLY NO REFUNDS due to hotel policy.

e) Any refund will cause a bank fee of 5.35%.


Cancellation or Changes To Your Reservation (by the hotel) T o p

We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the services we have confirmed to you at time of booking. However, we use the services of independent suppliers such as hotels, travel agencies, over whom we have no direct control. It is the case, that on occasions changes do have to be made, and the hotels reserve the right to make these.

And, in exceptional and very rare cases, it is possible that we may be advised by the hotel that the reserved accommodation is not available (due to some reasons e.g. urgent/ unplanned repair work, etc.) If this happens before your departure or on arrival at the hotel, we will endeavour to provide accommodation of at least the same standard in the same area. If only accommodation of a lower standard is available, we will refund the difference of the prices between the hotel booked and that available.


Trade Fair Rates And Validity T o p

trade fair rates may be different from the published rates shown on our website.

Certain periods e.g. Christmas attract high prices in some cities, these are not strictly trade fairs but it is possible that during these periods our rates may be close to rack and should be treated in the same way as trade fairs.

Accommodation at some hotels must be sold for the full duration of the fair. We will advise full details at the time of booking. When a reservation request is made for a trade fair period, we will confirm the reservation of the rooms with specified cancellation deadline date. Cancellations cannot be accepted after we have received your reconfirmation and strictly no refund according to each individual hotel policy.


Cancellation For Reasons Beyond Our Control T o p

We will not be responsible to pay any compensation, if we are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control, which neither we nor our suppliers could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. For example war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster, terrorist activity.


If You Have a Complaint T o p

Any complaint, regarding the hotel, must be brought to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay.

However, we do not endorse or recommend any particular hotel. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct, but it is subject to change at any time without notice. All content on this website is published in good faith, but kindly be informed that we (as a hotel reservation center) cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by hotels.

While we take reasonable care to ensure that published descriptions are correct, we are only a hotel reservation center and does not own or operate hotels. So we won't be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of hotels on the website.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.

We reserve the right to change your hotel reservation to one of at least comparable standard and to notify you of such change as soon as possible after it occurs. No compensation is payable for such changes.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time.
